That is why we partnered with EnFact Fraud Monitoring System to offer all CASE debit and credit cardholders Premium Text Notifications for free*. With Premium Text Notifications, you will be the first to know if a suspicious transaction is detected on your debit or credit card. A text message from 37268 with basic information about the suspected transaction, including the amount of the transaction, and the merchant information, if available. Take advantage of this free fraud monitoring service by ensuring CASE has your current cell phone number. If you need to update your cell phone number or would like to verify the number we currently have on file for you, call us at 517.393.7710. Members can also log in to Online Banking or the mobile app to view or update their phone number in the “My Settings” section. *CASE Credit Union does not charge for this service. You may opt-out of the service at any time by replying STOP to the shortcode 37268.eAlertsSetting up eAlerts is an added feature that’s easy to do within Online Banking and gives you the control to know the changes going on in your CASE account such as: changes in your account balance, checks that have cleared, and maturity dates for your Term Deposit Accounts. eAlerts can be checked easily on your mobile device that provides email access or you can view them on your PC at your convenience. Log in to Online Banking on your PC and select Mobile Banking & Alerts located under the Account Access menu tab. At the bottom of the page will appear the “Email Alerts and Notifications” section where you can create your reminders. Protection MattersAll transactions completed within Mobile and Text Banking are safe and secure. However, CASE strongly recommends that you set a passcode for your phone and turn off all auto fill features when using mobile and text banking to keep your information secure. |
