What is Web Connect?
Web Connect is the service that allows you to manually download electronic statements from your CASE accounts and then import them into Quicken.
If you were a previous user of Quicken:
- Start your Quicken software and Right-Click the Quicken Account (e.g. My Household Account) you wish to use again.
- From the menu that appears, choose "Edit Account."
- Then choose the Online Services tab and click "Remove Connection."
- Go to casecu.org and login to online banking.
- Click on "Export."
- Choose the account and date range you want to download.
- Select the "Quicken Financial Exchange (QFX)" option and click "Download Data."
- When you open the file in Quicken, follow the prompts to choose the Quicken account to which you wish to import the transactions. This will download the transaction from our website into your Quicken Account.
- Future downloads from this account will automatically go into that same Quicken Account.
If you have never downloaded from CASE's Online Banking to Quicken – Web Connect
- Start your Quicken software.
- Go to casecu.org and login to online banking.
- Click on "Export."
- Choose the account and date range you want to download.
- Select the "Quicken Financial Exchange (QFX)" option and click "Download Data."
- When you open the file in Quicken, follow the prompts to choose the Quicken account to which you wish to import the transactions. This will download the transaction from our website into your matching Quicken Account.
- Future downloads from this account will automatically go into that same Quicken Account.
What is Direct Connect?
Direct Connect is the service that provides the connection between your CASE account and Quicken. It allows you to download your CASE statements and manage your CASE accounts through Quicken.
Activate Direct Connect with CASE Credit Union Accounts within Quicken
- A checking or savings deposit account with CASE.
- Quicken® 2009 or a newer version installed on your computer.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) Quicken® relies on MSIE to work.
- Your member number.
- Your Password (Quicken® calls this your PIN or Personal Identification Number).
- Your Intuit User Guide for instructions for your version of Quicken® for creating account and enabling them for Direct Connect Access.
