Open your new CASE account
There are two ways to open an account:
Open Online
Opening an account online is simple, secure, and takes about 10 minutes! You are required to be at least 18 years old to open an account online and you will need the following information:
- US Social Security Number
- A valid form of identification include: Driver’s license, State ID, Military ID, or Passport
- Previous home address (if you have lived at your current home address less than two years)
- Credit or debit card to fund your new account(s)

Transfer your Direct Deposit to CASE
Inform your employer that you would like your direct deposit to go to your CASE account.

Switch your automatic withdrawal to CASE
- Contact any company or organization that make automatic withdrawals from your old checking account for auto, mortgage, telephone, etc. payments and inform them of your switch to CASE
- Provide them with our routing number, 272481981, and your CASE account number
- You may be asked to send them a voided check from your CASE account for verification
- If there are companies or organizations that perform authorized automatic withdrawals from your old debit card, be sure to provide them with your new CASE VISA Debit Card number and expiration date

Close your old account
- Request for your account to be closed at your old financial institution
- Verify that all checks, debit card transactions, automatic withdrawals, and online bill payments have cleared your old checking account
- Discard any debit cards, ATM cards, or checks from your old account
- Note: we highly recommend that you shred these items or ask your old financial institution if they will properly discard
