Premium Text Notifications

CASE Credit Union is here for you and always has your security in mind. That is why we partnered with EnFact Fraud Monitoring System to offer all CASE debit and credit cardholders Premium Text Notifications for free*.

With Premium Text Notifications, you will be the first to know if a suspicious transaction is detected on your debit or credit card. A text message from 37268 with basic information about the suspected transaction, including the amount of the transaction, and the merchant information, if available.

Take advantage of this free fraud monitoring service by ensuring CASE has your current cell phone number. If you need to update your cell phone number or would like to verify the number we currently have on file for you, call us at 517.393.7710.

Members can also log in to Online Banking or the mobile app to view or update their phone number in the “My Settings” section.

Custom Design Card

Now your plastic doesn't have to look like every other card out there. Create a credit card that's uniquely yours. Express your style by uploading your own digital photos of your family, sport, hobby, or favorite location in the world. This is a web-based service that you can use from any personal computer.

Identity Card

Place your photo on your credit card for extra security. Your card can help protect you from fraud if it is lost or stolen.

My Card Creation is only $15 per customized card. Your card will arrive within 7-10 business days. You must have an existing or approved CASE VISA card to order. Certain restrictions apply.³

Instant Issue Locations

For your convenience, CASE can issue your CASE VISA card the same day you apply and are approved at all of our branches. Simply visit any of our branches to pick up your new card⁴, right on the spot.
