To get started, go to the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store and download the CASE App. You can enroll for Online Banking by using our Mobile App. For first time registration, please contact us at 517-393-7710.

Deposit Express

App. Snap. Deposit!

Deposit Express is our latest feature within our CASE Mobile App that allows you to make check deposits securely from your camera-equipped smartphone.

  • Simply download our mobile app from the iTunes App Store or Android Market Place.
  • Snap a picture of your endorsed check.
  • Submit your check using the CASE Mobile App and review the status of your deposits along with copies of your checks using the History feature.

Deposit Express provides you with a fast banking solution for your busy life. This feature is secure, saves time, accurate and easy to use. Give it a try today!

Applications are available for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android phone and Android tablets.

Eligibility for Deposit Express is subject to Credit Union approval. Account must be open for 30 days before use. Approval may take up to one business day. Deposit Express is free; however, usage rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

CASE's Mobile Banking provides maximum convenience to access your account whenever and wherever you need it. It's a fast, free*, and secure way to get information about your account. Mobile devices with internet access can simply log on to: www.casecu.org and you'll be directed to our new mobile enabled online banking site.

eAlerts

Setting up eAlerts is an added feature that’s easy to do within Online Banking and gives you the control to know the changes going on in your CASE account such as: changes in your account balance, checks that have cleared, and maturity dates for your Term Deposit Accounts. eAlerts can be checked easily on your mobile device that provides email access or you can view them on your PC at your convenience.

Log in to Online Banking on your PC and select Mobile Banking & Alerts located under the Account Access menu tab. At the bottom of the page will appear the “Email Alerts and Notifications” section where you can create your reminders.

CASE's Text Banking was designed to help your accounts keep up with your life. This free* service provides a quick way to request and receive your basic account information via text message while on the move.

Premium Text Notifications

CASE Credit Union is here for you and always has your security in mind. That is why we partnered with EnFact Fraud Monitoring System to offer all CASE debit and credit cardholders Premium Text Notifications for free*.

With Premium Text Notifications, you will be the first to know if a suspicious transaction is detected on your debit or credit card. A text message from 37268 with basic information about the suspected transaction, including the amount of the transaction, and the merchant information, if available.

Take advantage of this free fraud monitoring service by ensuring CASE has your current cell phone number. If you need to update your cell phone number or would like to verify the number we currently have on file for you, call us at 517.393.7710.

Members can also log in to Online Banking or the mobile app to view or update their phone number in the “My Settings” section.

CASE Credit Union is pleased to introduce CARD Hub®, a mobile card management application that helps reduce fraud by allowing cardholders to monitor accounts with their smartphone and control how, when and where their card is used.

CARD Hub was developed in partnership with Fiserv and is available within the CASE Mobile App, which can be found in the Apple® App Store or Google® Play. Once CARD Hub is set up, cardholders can "turn off" their card when not in use, establish transaction spending limits and decline a transaction when the amount exceeds a predefined threshold.
 
Real-time smartphone alerts can be customized based on the types of information each cardholder would like to receive. For example, a cardholder can set up an alert to be notified when a card is used, when a transaction is approved and exceeds any of the permitted use policies, or when a card transaction has been attempted but has been declined based on the parameters established.
 
CARD Hub offers cardholders the capability of linking additional accounts to better monitor dependent spending. For example, by using the GPS system in their smart phone, geographic use restrictions can be established for college students along with restrictions on merchant type and spending limits.
 
CARD Hub is also ideal for small businesses. Business owners have the ability to turn cards off when not in use, establish spending limits to allow transactions up to a certain dollar value, and decline transactions when amounts exceed predefined thresholds. Additionally, all transactions can be monitored or controlled for specific merchant categories, such as travel, restaurants or entertainment, and can be denied or reported for types of merchants deemed not business-related.
