When you sign up to receive eStatements and eNotices, you will no longer receive a paper statement or notice in the mail. You must provide an email address to receive notifications.

How do I sign up?

If you are an existing eStatement user, you don't have to do a thing. Your eStatement enrollment automatically enrolls you for eNotices.

  • Login to Online Banking
  • Select "eNotice – Electronic Document Portal" located under the eDocuments menu tab
  • Read and agree to the online disclosure
  • Complete the Enrollment Options screen and set Document Delivery Preference to "All By Electronic"
  • Click "Save"

Is there a fee to receive eStatements and eNotices?

No, eStatements are free for all members. In fact, by signing up for eStatements, you are helping to save your credit union money in processing fees and postage, since eStatements and eNotices are much more cost-effective to produce and deliver electronically than by regular mail.

Do I need special software to view eStatements and eNotices?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view your eStatements and eNotices. You can download the software for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Is my eStatement account information protected from others viewing it?

Yes. Your information is protected by the latest security using industry standard technologies and security certificates, with 128 bit encrypted communication to ensure that your private information stays private.

Are eStatements and eNotices emailed to me?

No, for security reasons, we do not email actual statements over the Internet. When you sign up for eStatements and eNotices, you will receive an email message notifying you when your monthly statement is available and/or you have a notice ready for viewing. These can be viewed at your own convenience within Online Banking.

How do I view my eStatements and eNotices?

Statements and notices are securely stored in Adobe PDF format within Online Banking. You may view them online, print, or download them to your computer. Previous months' statements and notices are also available!

How do I cancel my eStatements and eNotices services?

If at any time you wish to stop receiving your statements or notices electronically and begin receiving them by paper again, simply select the Enrollment Options menu tab and change your Document Delivery Preference to "All By Paper."

Please Note: You will be opted-out of both eStatements and eNotices services, and begin receiving paper notifications and monthly statements.
