eStatements and eNotices allow you easy access to conveniently view and print your monthly statements and notices related to your CASE account within Online Banking.

View images of checks that have cleared your account within Online Banking. With Check Imaging, you can simply view your Checking Account History, and click on the check number you would like to view.

Easy Bookkeeping
Track and manage your CASE finances using your personal Quicken software via Direct Connect or Web Connect.

Shared Access
Shared Access allows members to delegate access to their online banking accounts without sharing login credentials. Sub-users will have access to the account suffixes at a level of control determined by the primary account holder. The primary account holder can choose whether the sub-user can have “view only” or “transfer money & pay bills” (with or without limits) access.

  • Gives others access to their account while still being able to maintain control of their account
  • Access to others is based on tasks delegated to others such as moving money, making payments and tracking transaction
  • Provides security; members no longer have to share Online Banking login credentials
  • Provides convenience; easy for others to access data

Sub-users can be added in the primary member’s online banking under the "Additional Services" tab on their account summary page. There they will enter the sub-user's name, phone number and email address. Then select the accounts they are granting access to, and set the permission level.

Secure Chat
Do you have a question or are you looking for information? Now, reach a live CASE Representative via Secure Chat within Online Banking. Click "Chat" at the top of your Online Banking screen which will open a new window. Then, select "Click here to chat". A CASE Representative is ready to answer your questions and improve your Online Banking experience even more. Secure Chat hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Set E-mail Alerts and Notifications
eAlerts provide a simple way to remind yourself regarding account activity that matters most to you. Within Online Banking, create Balance, Check Cleared, or Maturity Date alerts and notifications. eAlerts can be checked easily on your mobile device that provides email access or you can view them on your PC at your convenience.
