CASE's Text Banking was designed to help your accounts keep up with your life. This free* service provides a quick way to request and receive your basic account information via text message while on the move.

Features:
  • Review your account balances and last 5 transactions at your fingertips
  • Transfer funds from one CASE account to another instantly
  • Our Text Banking works on any mobile device that can receive and send text messages. No data plan is required
* Standard text message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

eAlerts:
Setting up eAlerts is an added feature that’s easy to do within Online Banking and gives you the control to know the changes going on in your CASE account such as: changes in your account balance, checks that have cleared, and maturity dates for your Term Deposit Accounts. eAlerts can be checked easily on your mobile device that provides email access or you can view them on your PC at your convenience.

Log in to Online Banking on your PC and select Mobile Banking & Alerts located under the Account Access menu tab. At the bottom of the page will appear the “Email Alerts and Notifications” section where you can create your reminders.

Protection Matters:
All transactions completed within Mobile and Text Banking are safe and secure. However, CASE strongly recommends that you set a passcode for your phone and turn off all auto fill features when using mobile and text banking to keep your information secure.
